The Vortex Heat Management System Improves the convection effect inside the grill for better searing and smoking, while consuming less fuel, and directing ash and embers more efficiently into the ash container.
The stainless steel extension ring is designed to accommodate a rotisserie and has flaps that cover the openings for the rotisserie rod.
